CT is a senior physical education major from Wichita, Kan. He was recruited to Langston two years ago to play basketball. He said he has enjoyed his time being at Langston and playing for the basketball team.
"My first time here, I thought it was a very eye-popping experience," CT said. "But I really have learned a lot being at the LU."
CT said he really likes the notoriety that comes with playing basketball for the Lions. He said he's developed a lot of close relationships with supporters, teammates and coaches. He also said that his relationship with Coach Greg Webb is a really good one.
"I like to think we're close; we talk with each other quite a bit, on-and-off the court," CT said.
Whenever CT is getting prepared for a game, he says he likes listening to music and does a lot of sleeping. He jokingly said whenever he's on the court' he brings all the trash talk with him. But jokes aside, he said he wants people to always remember that he was a "smart, effective player on the court."
CT said he plans on continuing to play ball in the United States Basketball League and once he's done playing, he wants to be a high school basketball coach.
I have no doubt that all that can happen. CT, will you please take the moment to bow because you've just been spotlighted.
