10 Healthy Tips:

2. Good cooking and healthy eating begins with learning about nutrition and how to prepare healthy recipes.

4. Eat slowly and chew each bite completely to decrease your appetite
5. Avoid removing the skins of fruits and vegetables-most of the nutrients are concentrated just under the skin.
6. Always eat before you go food shopping and always prepare a shopping list. Only purchase food that relates to your weekly menu plan and don't be tempted to buy goodies
7. Find a passion that includes steady physical mobility, for a minimum of 30-45 minutes.
8. Keep an exercise log.
9. Stop dieting: There are no bad foods; eating in moderation is the key.
10. Think before you bite.
